1. How to Request Data Deletion

If you wish to delete your account and all associated personal data, you can do so by submitting a formal request to our support team.

Please send the request from the email address associated with your account so we can verify your identity.

2. What Happens to Your Data?

Once your request is processed:

  • Account Removal: Your profile, including your username, password, and personal preferences, will be permanently deleted from our active databases.
  • Associated Records: Any non-essential records linked to your identity (such as app activity or saved items) will be erased.
  • Irreversibility: Please note that once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. You will lose access to any services requiring an account.

3. Data Retention for Legal Compliance

While we aim to delete all data upon request, please be aware that certain information may be retained even after your account is closed. This is strictly limited to cases where we are required to keep records for legal, regulatory, or tax reasons, such as:

  • Transaction History: Records of financial transactions are retained for a set period (as required by local financial laws) for auditing and tax purposes.
  • Security & Fraud Prevention: Limited data may be kept for a short duration to prevent fraudulent activity or to ensure the continued security of our platform.

Note: These specific records are kept only for the duration required by law and are not used for any other purpose after your account is deleted.
