Transfer of Rights and Repeals This proclamation transfers all rights and obligations of the former Pharmaceutical Supply Agency, which was established by Proclamation No. 1263/2021, to the newly formed Service. It also repeals Article 69 of Proclamation No. 1263/2021 and any other laws or practices that are inconsistent with its provisions.
